*** Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative ***
We are looking for a licensed commercial lines representative with a minimum of 3 years prior experience. Knowledge of Applied Management system is a plus, not a requirement. Qualified candidate should be proficient in the rating of bop policies, package policies, and workers compensation. Candidate should posses excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

Job Description
Primary Function:
- To be completely responsible for the service of an assigned section of commercial lines accounts. To provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to insureds, sale representatives, and insurance companies regarding those accounts.
Supporting Functions:
- To receive, document and process all insured's requests for service. To submit this information to insurance companies the same day the request is received.
- To process all incoming mail for assigned accounts, the day mail is received.
- To review regular renewals with producer, and management, obtain any and all necessary information from client no less than 30 days prior to expiration.
- Issue binders and invoices in a timely manner.
- To review all policies received for accuracy and completeness of all coverages prior to releasing to the client. To verify proper premiums and billings of policies, and endorsement requests prior to mailing.
